Villa Maria Winery
The first brand refresh in 20 years for Villa Maria meant the new look had to be rolled out across every existing and new brochure, flyer and newsletter throughout the business. For each new piece I maximised the use of big bold images to show off the brand’s beautiful vineyards and surrounding scenery, created tidy straightforward layouts with clear icons and illustrations so the overall materials were attractive, engaging and easy to digest.

Single Vineyard is one of Villa Maria’s premium wine ranges. They needed a suitably premium brochure to promote the wines worldwide.

Villa Maria wanted to showcase their entire portfolio in one beautiful booklet. 5 brands, 12 ranges, 98 wines, hundreds of revisions!
THE WINE STANDARD
This is a seasonal update on events at Villa Maria. The challenge with newsletters is how to make regular communications fresh and interesting. My approach is to sum up (where possible) big blocks of text with infographics and diagrams to make it more visually interesting and easier to read.
SCULPTURE PARK BROCHURE
Sculptors from all over NZ showcased their work on a sculpture trail at Villa Maria’s estate. This brochure showed visitors the way with maps and clear sign-posting.
SUSTAINABILITY JOURNEY BROCHURE
Printed on the most sustainable paper one could find…of course!
